Please post pictures of your tank!!

Here's my new tank setup for Artemis Popcorn (juvenile albino) until he/she is big enough to live with the much bigger Pepito without getting eaten! Hubby called it the crystal palace. She had an air bubble yesterday so I put in the jars so she could stay at thes surface with a resting spot. As you can see, she has gotten over it nicely!

My tank, with my two axies hiding in a corner :p The lecustic is a female named "Smiley" (my fiance's) and the melanoid (we think) is Fury (my baby), still too young to determine gender.

i like the skull! It made me wonder if one could use old dry bones (boiled perhaps for sterility) in a tank. I have some cool cow vertebrae. I suppose if they were not sharp... Any thoughts anyone?

Looks cool

Check inside that log hide for any sharp joins & tunnels that he could get stuck in. I looked at one just like this & it had overlapped areas inside that an axie could easily get caught in & cut

<3 >o_o< <3
Oh, trust me, i sat in petco just feeling it for like, 10 minutes. Then i was like, ok, i think it'll be fine. The pokey out parts do kinda look like they would stab right through an axie's belly :S
But Toothless absolutely loves it! And he hasn't had any scratches or scrapes from it. He barely even goes inside -.-
I always thought my tank was boring :D guess not! it's kinda nice, i will admit. Easy to clean, too.

My new 40 breeder tank. Light was only on for picture :)

I only have one axolotl in there now, my two juveniles have to catch up in size before they can join him :)

Can any of you help me too, im finding it hard not to spill water on my cabinet the tank is stood on and was wondering what you could use to put under the tank to catch the water?
Do you guys use anything?

I buy fleece fabric and put it under my tank. It absorbs water really well.

The hide/waterfall end of my tank. Consists of lots of plants (some tethered to bogwood, hence the attractive green string ;) ), large piece of the afore-mentioned bogwood and my home made slate cave. Filter output is slightly out of the water and runs down over the top of the slate cave and a couple of plastic plants to reduce water movement.
They do also have a clear end of tank, their "exercise and feeding area".

Bought a 30 breeder today! Weeew! I'll post pictures asap :)

I know my tank isn't anywhere NEAR being completed, but I just had to post!!! I've FINALLY returned from dog/housesitting, so after 6 weeks of my juvies being raised in 12"x9" containers they've finally entered the big tank!! They seemed both excited and flabbergasted when they finally got to swim about, haha! My Estes black sand should arrive around first week of April, and today I plan to get a big chunk of my DIY hide(s) completed! This afternoon I will also be picking up a proper light for this tank (I keep stealing the light off my 29G hoood...) Anywho, voila!

P.S. the hornwort I had in there while cycling kind of melted due to the lack of light, so I will be removing the bits decorating the bottom of the tank.

Tank update. I wanted something much more... natural. Which means driftwood, rocks, and plants. I might add more plants in the future, but this is enough for now :p

Note: the light isn't really that bright... I adjusted it in photoshop because the picture was kind of dark.

Daytime and nighttime pics:) she loves her home!!

Can you have such rich vegetation without putting potting soil in your tank? im planning to have dense vegetation but im afraid of the dangerous ammonia level i might introduce when i put the soil (i have no access to test kits, and cant risk) thanks!

Hey everyone, just want a little advice. Its 55 - 60 celcius in my Salamanders tank. Hes curled up and tyring ti bury himself, Im assuming hes too cold. I was wondering if he would benefit from a heated rock cave (since he LOVES his cave) that I could set on low? I NEVER see him curled up and trying to bury himself unless his tank sits at 63 degrees celcius or lower. So I am assuming hes a little uncomfortable.

He also seems a little sluggish, again, assuming hes cold. Having heating trouble with the new house right now. What do we think? Was thinking of grabbing this for him since its got very low, medium, and higher medium heat settings that exude heat downward inside the rock cave but ALSO exudes it UPWARDS outside of the rock cave, effectively keeping the tank itself a little warm. Seems like it miiiight be a little small for him though, my guy is about 7 inches from tip of his nose tothe tip of his tail. What do we think? https://www.amazon.com/Reptile-Simulation-Adjustable-Temperature-Tortoise/dp/B0CH1DPGBC

Had a question that I just want to be sure of. My marbled newt is a little over a year old and has started to develop and I noticed that he is starting to swell a little below his abdomen. I guess I’d like to know if they are his testes or if I need to be concerned.
