Who have you met?

I have met Greatwtehunter(Justin), Kaysie, and OakIvy. OakIvy is my mom, so I guess it doesn't count!

On her(OakIvy) behalf, she has met Mr. Shrom, and Billyannone(forgive me if spelling is off...), Both at the Hamburg show in PA.

From this forum I have met Daniel, callina, and bukowski (all Germans) as well as Petro. All of them are lovely people and I wish my list were longer. :happy:

Ive met Mike Shrom
Justin's mom and dad all three at the Hamburg Pa show. I never miss one

Famous people I have met are Mel Gibson ( very cool guy and real funny)

Rory Block ( great acoustic blues guitarist and singer) plays a

Mike Muir and Robert Trujillo of the band Suicidal Tendencies
I had pizza and soda with those guys outside their tour bus
they were feeding their fans before the show. They were opening
for Queensryche. Now that shows my age.

And this one is probably the most obscure - I'm actually quite good friends with Yolka, who is a big pop singer in Russia (she was the face of Russian MTV a few years back). I met Yolka at a festival in Budapest - she was there with serveral Ukrainian's all from Uzhgorod. I made friends with them all and used to go to Ukraine frequently to visit - not been so recently though :(.

Last time I was there, Yolka actually took me to the coffee shop where she used to work and got the owner to open it up, so Yolka could make me a fancy coffee. La di dah! :D

I met Socrates a couple weeks ago. I'll be meeting a few others toward the end of the month.
 
Well if you want to meet me, I won't be in the southern US much longer (I leave at the end of the summer), so anyone within a 2 state drive or so - this is your time to have your life completed!

As for whom I have met from our lovely group, I have met
Andrea - arienette, We went to Black Jungle together on the 6th
Alex Shepack - tylototriton, Alex came and did a presentation at the NEHS last Sunday.
 
John, let us know when you're in VA area. We'll take you herping if you've got the time.
 
Well now I can add Kaysie, Justin (Greatwhite hunter), Jake Bidinger, to my list. I have always felt kind of alone in my own little corner of the caudata.org universe and yesterday afternoon I had TWO moderators visit at the same time! Talk about stress :)

We are so few in here...and everybody leaves far from me...it´s not fair :(
 
As Chip mentioned, Justin, Jake and I paid him a visit. He didn't have his moderator inspection bribes ready, but distracted with his incredible collection of Tylototriton, enough so we forgot all about the bribes. I believe this is the first documented tag-team moderator inspection, other than Dawn coming to Virginia, but there was no real inspection then.
 
I've had the distinct pleasure of meeting Frank (madFrankie), his lovely wife, and their 'gang'.

I'm happy to report that they passed the moderator inspection with flying colours (of albino, melanoid and wildtype) ;).
