The Caudata Caption Game

All this time we were worried about keeping different species of newt together to stop cross breeding. Keep your eyes on the classified section for some pretty confused tadpoles.

I think it's time for Ken to choose a winner. My vote goes to Wargar.

Winter is coming, there's hardly any daylight, it cold and miserable...it's time to cheer ourselves up: the game shall continue!

I am reviving it with this picture:

"Hey Ed, have you seen George?"
"Not since I had him for lunch. I mean had him OVER for lunch!"

:D Kaysie, do you want to post the next picture? I hope participation picks up again...

Dug way back in the archives for this one!

Hnnng....I'll start my diet tomorrow, I promise.

Look into my eye :)
You are getting very sleepy :D

Hypnewtsis ;)

Niels, I'd never feed my newts pizza! Domino's always looks at me weird when I ask if I can put worms on it instead of pepperoni...

You win this round!

No newt was safe when GhostBusters were in town!

Wow you really did scare him so bad he jumped right out of his skin.

Ok so reviving another thread!.

Lets keep this one going this time! I took this one specifically for this game! A male and female bullfrogs I had in the summer. I didn't want to take it but I forced myself to because I knew it would be a good one lol :D. ( Female on top ). -Seth

Hello, I’m hoping for some advice please. Our Axolotl is about 7 months old. Till now no problem. Eating, growing and happy. He’s simply stopped eating. Everything looks fine, his gills look healthy and no apparent signs of sickness. He just swims past the pellets and bloodworm like he can’t smell it. I don’t think it’s a blockage either. Any ideas and suggestions for treatment would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
