Well I took her for her third injection today and they are concerned that not enough improvement has been made. She doesn't look significantly better and she kept holding her arms strangely and kept rolling onto her back when I put her in her transport tub. They had a look and there's nothing wrong with her arms so I'm guessing it might be a stress response.
They put another needle in her head and removed as much pus as they could and I have to take her back in on Friday morning. They said if she hasn't improved significantly by then I will have to take her to the specialist out of town where she can be anaesthetised and examined more thoroughly. I'm really hoping this doesn't have to happen as I'm now so short of money! Also the travelling on the bus to the local practice is incredibly stressful for her so I'm dreading a forty minute journey both ways if she has to go to the specialist
