YOUR axie breeding experiences!

My friend's axies have just bred, over 200 eggs. The spermataphore sits on anything; saw three left in his tank, one on the resin log, and two on the sand; he but surrounded by all the eggs (on log, bridge, floating plastic plants, airline tube, filter and across the sand too).

Oh thanks so much!!! I was thinking ill have to buy me some slate, but i probably will anyways coz its pretty! Here it is summer in about 2 weeks, is it too late to breed. Spot has lost his swelling as such and it is looking way smaller than it was before. Trekkie is not egg weight. So i think they won't be breeding next yr, i planned to do so from the start! Oh wellz, maybe next yr. I've already started buying small aqaruims and plastic tubs to put the babies in!
