What the heck is this? An anole? Help please!

I live in the city, so the only living things I see are plants, cats, dogs, birds, and bugs. :(

I just moved south from an area that still had Green Anolis, Green Tree Frogs, Bald Eagles, Sanhill Cranes, and Gopher Tortoises.
My area now has Cuban Anolis, Cuban Tree frogs,... no tortoises. :(

I used to love catching lizards when i was a kid....and i was quite good at it too! Had my little tricks and tools and everything xDD

Haha! Thats funny, I used to make long soft grasses into lassos!

Best part is once I caught 2 of them they would open their mouth and I'd attach them to my ear lobes and wear them around like it was Prada's latest fashion trend.

I used to have two of those and some guy at the pet store said they were cuban anoles, he could have been wrong but they looked just like that one.

Definitely a male brown cuban anole. I live in Fl and they are EVERYWHERE. Obviously they are non-native, and we have problems around my house with them running the green anoles off. If you ever want a female let me know! They're super hardy and very active which makes them a lot of fun to watch.

Good luck with the little booger!
