These are my two juvenile tigers that should deff be morphed by the time I get the shed turned into a viv. I got them from the only fish store within 60 miles of me, and he said they are barred tigers, so they should look like this one
I have a few branches from a pecan that fell a couple weeks ago, and are covered I'm moss, I picked them up and put them by my plant table, so I'm saving them for the shed and my other tanks I'm putting together, and the past 3 or 4 days it's been raining and really foggy, and misty out and today I noticed these different mushrooms/fungus were growing on them, and I'm wondering if they are safe for salamanders?
The black/brown blob looking ones in the first two pictures are on one piece, and the brown/white ones are on one pice separate from the black blob looking ones, but they are from the same tree.
More pics of the juvenile tigers, one is a little larger and darker
This is him (I hope) lol
I'm wondering if the yellow/gold spots/flecks on him are normal for juvenile tigers or if it's to a specific locality?
He has what looks like a scar or a wound and I'm not sure if I should be worried about it or if it is just a scar, or maybe get something to help "him" heal? here are a few pics of "his" tail I circled the spot in each picture.
Any advice or input on what it might be and what I should do would be greatly appreciated!
Here is a pic of the lighter one, "she" (I hope)
Is a little bit smaller but has a noticeably shorter tail than the other and she is a much lighter color.

Thank you! I know I also over worry most of the time, but "he's" been eating, and very active, and very curious about his tank so I figured he was healthy but like I said I over worry lol I think about if it gets infected and his tail falls off, and after that I worry myself to death lol
I was wondering if these yellow/gold spots/flecks on them are normal for all tiger salamander larvae or if it's to a specific locality, does anyone have any idea?
They both have them, "his" are just more noticeable cause "he" is darker, but they aren't just on his side, they are on his head and around his eyes, does anybody have any ideas on what it means?
I called the owner of the pet store and he said he doesn't know but he will talk to the guy and ask him where they are from I when he sees him on Tuesday so just gotta wait now
Does anyone know a good place to buy freshwater scuds? I want to put a few more plants, and some more leaves I'm the tank with them so the scuds will have a lot more hiding places, and let the tiger larvae can hunt for some of their food, cause I've watched them an they walk around pushing plants and leaves around looking for stuff, and when a small price of plant moves they jump at it and then spit it out realizing it's not food lol so I thought it would be nice to give them something to actually hunt lol
