Triturus marmoratus' belly

Hi all

I have a question about marmoratus' belly. What is the colour of the belly? Because my three marm have all different coloration.
one has the stomach ivory / beige
one has a dark belly with some white dot
and the other has a very dark belly with lots of white dots.

I tried to do some photos but the newts don't want cooperate

It's normal all these difference between three marm that I think are relatives?

I would consider it perfectly normal. There is substantial variation between different populations. Also, since they can suffer mild color changes, specially when they are juveniles, the differences might be temporary, and become more uniform once they reach maturity.

I have one male that spends a lot of time in the water and he has a nearly silver coloured stomach. I have been trying to take a picture of this too Looks like I will need to find a glass dish to put them in.
