Tokyo Newt'orium

John, I often work night shifts (until 9pm or midnight) and sleep in until noon, so I'm usually awake with time on my hands from say 1 a.m. until 5 a.m. when my wife (and drinking buddies) are asleep. Feeding morphs is the most time-consuming thing, followed by tank cleaning. But like Dick said, it's a labor of love

Wow that is amazing. I thought I use to have a bunch of stuff. How does your other half like having everything in the living room?

all i have to say is well done for keeping so many different tanks and things in you room i am shocked and think it is great i wish i had loads of tanks but i would hate to have to clean and feed them all maybe you will have to hire some staff to help clean and feed lol

Wow, amazing set-up. This is quite an old thread; do you have any more recent pics Tim?

Tim, Congrats to you on this thread. It seems like it always pops up every now and then. You've made a thread equivalent to the Energizer Bunny- it just keeps going, and going, and goin....

Nice apartment. If I lived there, I'd just turn out the lights, crack open a beer and watch the newts for hours!

Tim:

Was just looking a these great pictures of your newt living room again.Right after spending several hours cleaning tanks, feeding morphs and trying to decide where to put new arrivals.

Those pictures of all your tanks are an impressive sight, but a bit scary to consider as I watch my hobby start to take on a life of its own!

Your right about morphs: VERY time consuming.

By the way, my wife and her sister had quite a little giggle about all the time I spend on the
"newt chat line" the other night.Here I am again.At post # 200!
