This summer, in spain, temperatures were higher than 30ºC outside my house. My axolotls aquarium temperature was 28ºC and i haven't got any way to low that.
One of my axolotls, a golden albino female, loss a lot of weigth because it not want to eat
and some weeks ago, she dies
.
I'm sure it was high temperature.
I have observed that high temperature diminish axolotl activity and food intake. That makes the axie loss weigth and die.
On the other hand, on winter, when the temperature rises 10ºC, there are much more active and eat a lot. I saw them better than always.
I think the optim temperature for axolotls is 15ºC-18ºC.
now, when i have this temperature, my axies have freeze eggs
it's a coincidence???
