This is my tanks setup so far. Any suggestions as to how to make it look cooler would be great.

I know it isn't very big but you can still see everything.

I just recently added some Plastic grass plants. I like to change the decorations each week or so during the weekly tank clean. I think the grass gives it a sort of Zen Feeling to it

There are three Axies in my tank, one is hiding in the rock cave that I made. I have a new tank waiting to be set up, I think it's either a 40 or a 45 gallon, not sure on it lol. I got it used, and my three axies will move into it or maybe just two lol.

thanks i was waiting for someone to reply with any sort of answer. You helped a lot!

I think lots of real plants

They make any tank look natural and lovely.

Things for them to hide in are especially important so they feel safe.

Airstones are good, but most people use them mainly for decoration because if your tank is looked after well and is therefore very cold, there should be plently of oxygen in the water already.

This is my tank, I have one large female adult called Elsa. She's roughly 25 cm now.

In there I have one cave for her to hide in and one large vase type thingy. A piece of sunken wood, sea shells and loads of plants.

She seems to like it

Thanks a lot Haley-Jane, that's good advice!
I would post a pic of my tank right now but its not working so just know that i added some jewel type things and some fish because i am starting to cycle my tank.

hey Haley, I just realized what your lovely tank set-up reminds me of
happy.gif
It reminds me of a stage with a western theme, the desert. The little cave you have looks like the mines, and the little white shells looks like where the snow starts from the mountains, the green plant behind it looks like a little pine tree, the pine forest. The piece of wood minds me of a river scene, I just love your tank. I love seeing new pictures of it

Thanks guys

any help with decreasing the size, in K's or whatever would be great, or whatever problem you have experienced and how you got your pictures to finally show up would help!

Hey, I saw the pic, It's an over view with I think a rainbow car ornament? I can't tell from the top view.

What I would do is either decrease the size by 30% or by 50% so that it is big enough to see. Decrease both the height by the same %

Also, save the picture as a Jpeg File. This down by hitting the SAVE AS button in the file menue.

click on SAVE AS TYPE: scroll and you will see JPEG(*.,JPG.,*JPEG..JPE.,*JFIF)
Save it as this type of file.

If you continue to have trouble, let me know. I am always willing to help

There are some sort of jewel things in there and a pot busted to make a cave and a rainbow coloured tunnel.

Hi Jordan, How about one of those background pictures you can get, i dont think they are that expensive from memory and they can make a tank look so cool! i know a few people on here have them and they look pretty good, try the "tank setups" in the axie gallery there might be some more ideas for you
