Sick baby Axolotl - Barely eating/moving, curled tail and gills

I did call them, spoke with the manager. Eventually hung up on her because I was so furious. She didn't even know what Prime conditioner was, blamed his sickness on me. Their tanks are filthy and they have no knowledge of the animal's needs. I was sooo mad.
I’m sorry WHAT? She didn’t know what prime is? That is absolutely terrifying. Pet stores are terrifying!! I’m so sorry again. I came back to the thread to let you know that I’m going to ask the breeder I got my axie from if she would ship to you if you would like. She takes very very good care of them, but I’m not sure if she ships.
so insanely frustrated with the customer service and the lack of knowledge at that store

Sadly many pet stores are like this I have a rescue who I decided to keep who was one I rescued from a pet store with a chunk taken out of his back and half his tail missing and their attitude was “ well it will grow back” it’s infuriating and I’m glad that we rescue so many even if they take over my hallway 😂😂

Hey everyone, just want a little advice. Its 55 - 60 celcius in my Salamanders tank. Hes curled up and tyring ti bury himself, Im assuming hes too cold. I was wondering if he would benefit from a heated rock cave (since he LOVES his cave) that I could set on low? I NEVER see him curled up and trying to bury himself unless his tank sits at 63 degrees celcius or lower. So I am assuming hes a little uncomfortable.

He also seems a little sluggish, again, assuming hes cold. Having heating trouble with the new house right now. What do we think? Was thinking of grabbing this for him since its got very low, medium, and higher medium heat settings that exude heat downward inside the rock cave but ALSO exudes it UPWARDS outside of the rock cave, effectively keeping the tank itself a little warm. Seems like it miiiight be a little small for him though, my guy is about 7 inches from tip of his nose tothe tip of his tail.
