Sick Adult Male African Clawed Frog

I had covid recently which caused me to not be able to come into work to care for the animals. They were left with someone with very little experience. I returned today and I am very troubled by what I found. We have 4 adult African Clawed frogs in a 40 long tank with sand substrate. They are all 10-15 year old frogs. I came in today and found that all of the frozen bloodworms that they had been fed recently were floating around and decaying in the water. If anyone knows anything about clawed frogs, they are usually eating machines and anorexia is very out of character. Only recent change in diet is that they were given ghost shrimp last week. They have had them before, but only very rarely as a treat. Three of them seem alright, but the wild type male was floating on the surface of the water. He appears to be shedding and his back legs appear swollen. he is leaving his eyes and face out of the water for the most part. He is still able to swim, however appears lethargic. Sometimes when he breathes he is making this pitiful squeaking noise.

Water Parameters are rough, but not as bad as I expected given the circumstance:
Ammonia - .50ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Nitrate - 40 ppm
and pH - 6.5 (Stable/ Normal)

I did a 50% water change today removed the carbon and added a 1/2 dose of KanaPlex to the main tank with the three normal appearing frogs.
I put the sick frog in an isolation 5 gal with 2 gallons of Clean water and 1/2 dose of Kanaplex. I am also going to give him an aquarium salt bath.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Is there anything else I can do for him, or anything I can do to keep the other frogs healthy?

Frog was found dead this morning.
If anyone has any further advice on possible causes so I continue to treat the rest of the tank, that would be greatly appreciated.

Today I did another 20% water change and redosed with 1/2 dose of Kanaplex.
Current water parameters:
pH - 6.6
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 20ppm

Water does appear slightly cloudy was dosed with 2 capfuls of Seachem Clarity

I hand fed each frog a red wiggler. The female wild type and male Albino both ate gladly, however the largest Female Albino still presents with anorexia.
She has been quarantined into a 10gal that was already cycled with clean water also treated with 1/2 dose Kanaplex.
She was also given a 10 min salt bath. She has no other obvious symptoms and is still very active.

Attached are photos of the anorexic female frog and the tank as a whole.
Again, any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

All three frogs made it through the weekend. Water is still cloudy in main tank.
Dosing both tanks with final 1/2 dose of KanaPlex today and will repeat 10 min salt bath with quarantined frog.

Great news!
The water has cleared and all three frogs are eating again and acting normally.
I plan to reintroduce the quarantined frog in a week or two.
I am replacing carbon today and will continue with regular tank maintenance as normal on the large tank.

Sounds like Aeromonas hydrophila or red leg disease. Your on the right road of treatment
