I have 6 axies (3 males 3 female ranging in colours) together in a large tank they are all perfectly happy and get on brilliantly. they are now about 1 year. over a while i have noticed that my females seem to be getting fatter where as my males have remained fairly slim. i was just wondering if this is normal or then need even more food lol? (they eat 6 blocks of blood worm every 3 days).

Axies over a year old should be on earthworms rather than bloodworms - bloodworms lack some of the minerals that adults need. And 1 cube of bloodworm each every 3 days doesn't really sound enough. Females definately need feeding a little more when they are producing eggs.

Females become pear-shaped when they produce eggs, males tend to be a little slimmer - if you can post some pictures we can tell you if they look a good shape and size.

If you have 3 males and 3 females in the same tank you are going to have uncontrolled breeding, and I suggest you either separate males and females, or split them into breeding pairs.
