redback hatchling update

Ian, they look like they've grown quite a bit already:happy: What have you been using to feed these tiny tots? Based on the photos, I'm guessing that you use a fairly wet leaf litter and moss setup?

Farom, there are many species of terrestrial sals in the US that would be "uncharted territory" as far as breeding is concerned. And among the ones that have been bred, none of them appear to be "sure thing" kind of breeders. Russ has bred several Aneides species, you should be able to find some of his threads showing his progress, as another source of ideas.
 
yes Jen..spot on with the leaf litter and moss, i have a container full of leaf litter and earth with alsorts of little creepies breeding in it including spring tails which i used to start them off and now they are also taking hatchling crickets.
