Pictures of a tiger salamander morph

how long did it take your salamander to morph completely? i am unsure if my waterdog (larval tiger salamander) is neotenic or not. she is beautiful though. ive only had her 6 days but she is already the length of a butter knife and i have been told she might not morph that they normally morph at about this size but that she doesnt look like she will. i am also thinking she is female from pictures i have compared, but also not sure what exact type of tiger salamander she is or her approximate age determined by her size is. id like to find this kind of info out. good ads and youtube have not been much help so far.. all repeating info and this site has mainly only mentioned the habitats, care, breeding and illnesses associated with them.not much other info i could find. thanks for reading all this.
