Well, I just saw my Paramesotriton hongkongensis laying eggs. I have only had them for like two months, but I am informed on the whole newt breeding thing, so I was not completly shocked. Just thought I wouuld tell some people, becuase not many other people care, ha ha. Any general words of advice?

you may want to separate them from the adults

Mark, I assume you are reffering to fertility? You will see them developing.

No, I meant the fungus, but I am pretty sure I can tell now. Any more information would be awesome.

If they are moldy they will have fine hairs all over them. Its usually pretty easy to tell.

Ya, I have seen a few of those on the leaves, and I just threw them away. Thanks for the tip. Any more information would be appreciated.
