Ok...be HONEST - -how many tanks do you REALLY HAVE?

4 29 gallons, 5 10 gallons on 2 antique stands, 1 20 extra high, and 1 80 gallon in my computer room. I'm not even going to try to count the tanks, tubs, and slide out tray units in the basement or the tubs, troughs, and ponds in the back yard.

I have never broken the no tanks in the kitchen or bedroom rule.

O.K. I broke it but their are no permanent tanks in those rooms.

.

hehe that's funny - almost all my tanks are in the bedroom, because it is the coolest room in the house. The first thing I see when I wake up in the morning is either my dog's drooling face (if I lie on my left side) or the Fat Lady's (alpine newt) arsch laying another egg (right side).

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
