newbie! what to feed Cynops orientalis juvs!

I would suggest that feeding them springtails or flightless fruitflies will be the best for them. These types of food do less stress as compare to handfeeding.

its a private pond in my house..

is not in the wild and the other newt i have its a fire belly newt just adult..

i will see how is going and if i can to something for him i will just put hem in my pond hoping that they will do better and survive there ...
