New potential Axolotl owner, got some tank questions

Checked tractor supply and they didn't even have anything to test tap water quality with lol, guess i'll have to get it from amazon or something.
 
yeah it's cheaper there than it is on ebay so i'll get it from there :) I picked up my ammonia and dechlorinator today; managed to find a big bottle of pure ammonia at the dollar tree.
