Can someone tell me what a blacklight is?

A black light is a uv light. As far as I can tell the gfp axolotls are just as robust as normal colors. The emerald green eyes on the wild type gfp are beautiful.

I’m a zoology and genetics student in nz. We have made mice in my genetics lab that glow in the dark. Sadly all mice were disposed of due to ethical issues and the risk to the environment if they where to get out. my question is how did these axes even get out into the public, does the usa and uk not have any law that would stop this... plus I would be careful if you are thinking about breeding these new axes, depending on how they came about i.e. trans genetic axes/ knock out axes etc they could be genetically flawed.
