Need help cycling

honestly I have no idea where to get it in the UK, Ace hardware is the normally suggested place to buy ammonia without detergents over here. Fish food will definatly work, or drop in a shrimp/worm. either way will work, and if your already in the process of cycling theres probably no need to go out and buy ammonia. just add some extra fish food to feed the bacteria, and save a trip
