Is it an early crest in this individual ? (don't know the sex btw, he's 2 years old and the cloac isn't really big and black)

Yeah, that´s a crest when it is undeveloped. 2 years is quite a lot for this species in captivity, they usually mature quite fast and have their first breeding season within the first year after morphing.

In fact, that's its second winter after morphing (effected in september 2012) exactly
