I would love some of those newts but it's to far to send, would you consider sending eggs? i see you have eggs there...

are they a cool water species? how big do they grow?

They are a cool water species but are temperature tolerant however they do grow very large as newts go. Also, they eat ALOT and poop ALOT.

I can try to send you eggs, please contact me for further info, I did this before.

@ Jim, they can grow very big, but mine don't get any bigger, at least not so fast, and if you use a good filterpump like I do( Eheim) the poop will not be a problem.
I feed them trice a week 2 blocks of frozen mosquito larvae's and that far more than enough.
