Let´s see those faces people.

Dear Spooks, What breed is that huge, strong-looking stallion? Gorgeous animal indeed!

This is me :0

So I finally got a new photo of me. No help for it, that's what I look like. Now that I've reawakened the thread, maybe others will follow?

Whoa!

Eva I pictured you looking much different! It always blows my mind to see the faces behind the postings. For some reason I always think everyone should look as crazy as I do, rather than like normal, healthy, non-hiding in the basement with their caudates people.

Sadly, I have no new pictures to add here..I am still toothless, shaggy, and red-headed...I bought a Norse Battle Helmet recently though...once my beard grows a bit more to braid up I think I will add that picture to this thread...;)

Hey, Johnny, I'm with you - once my beard gets long enough to braid, I'll post a pic of that, too.

OK, guess I'll join in.......

Meh. I'll play. The most recent photo I've got is my husband and I on our way out the door to see Amanda Palmer with the Boston POPS for New Years. (I won't tell him I loaded it to the site, because he thinks he's all goofy looking in this shot. Goofy/Adorable... same difference, right?)

I'm spending so much time here... so here's what I don't look like - I have an amazing ability not to look like myself in photos (plus I wear glasses...and my hair is between these two lenghts now :)

PS: Why are so many people holding beverages in the pictures? Are they too shy and won't be photographed unless inebriated? :D

That is a good question. In my case, much like our caudate pets, I need to be lured out with a choice beverage or caught unaware by the camera. Being a ginger kid, I have supposedly have no soul, so I am afraid the camera may steal what vestiges of one may be lurking about...

I have to say that all our lady members are so beautiful!. Beautiful eyes, beautiful smiles, OMG!

ah ha ha, but I know what you REALLY look like at 6am! (all bribes considered.)

Ok, well I hate having my photo taken. But you asked, so its ALL YOUR FAULT. If I just dyed my dreads orange I reckon I'd be Beaker to a T.

meep is what Beaker on the Muppet Show says (almost the only thing he says). He's my favourite character. if you're not familiar with him then I highly recommend having a look on YouTube!

The t-shirt is from Weta Workshop, home of all the best movie special effects, from Lord of the Rings to District 9 and Avatar. They have a range called Dr Grordborts which is a steampunk collection of model rayguns and other things (such as t-shirts)...I'm proud to be the owner of one of their miniature guns too, the Goliathon 83 to be specific. Here's the website link, its all jolly good fun! Dr Grordbort's -

I want the ray blunderbuss but dont have a spare £5000

Suppose i'll join in then!

Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
