I spotted this little chap earlier today. He seems to have a perfectly formed eye on one side and on the other an oddly pale eye lid with a big round pupil. He's much smaller than his siblings and I'm beginning to wonder if his bizarre eye is affecting his hunting skills - he's been about 2cm in length for over a year now.

After moments of studying it , it looks to me like the pupil itself is fine and reasonably equal to the other side. It seems that the external eye colour and area are fairer making his pupil more noticable. So I suspect he will be fine, now if it was me I'd be trying to sneak up food or general movement on that side to try and guage wether there is a differnce or not!..hours of fun ahead!

It looks like the area around the eye is swollen out a little almost and the eye is smaller and turned forward. On the normal side the brown stripe on the head runs through the eye. On the abnormal side the stripe is broken due to the lighter color around it. Another thing, the abnormal eye appears round, prolly cause it is sticking out so much. Almost like the telescope eye goldfish mutation?
