Hi Mikki,
He's been back in his tank now for over a week, and he's eating regularly! He no longer looks skinny. His gills are very short and stubby now, since the dead parts fell off. I hope they'll grow back to normal size, but he doesn't have a good track record on that (three of his feet are misshapen)
