Debrorah, it's great that you are interested, and that you were willing to contact those sellers to complain about what they are selling. It probably won't change anything for the current import of kaiseri, but it may make some of them think twice about obtaining threatened species in the future.
At this point, nobody has bred kaiseri in the US, to my knowledge (though some have gotten eggs from newly-imported WC females). They have been truly captive-bred in Europe. My advice is to get as much experience as you can raising larvae and juveniles of ANY caudate species, and you'll be in good shape to help with whatever breeding opportunity comes along.
