I am going vegan as of today!

If your gonna stay vegan variation is they key. Unfortunately the fo stuff is nothing but junk food and should be treated as a goodie once in awhile but shouldn't be a regular part of your diet. Also if all your eating is fruit in the morning and salad for dinner your eventually run into some serious nutritional deficiencies. Unfortunately there isn't a plant that contains a complete protein you have to combine certain foods to build a complete protein your body can digest. There's a huge world of yummy foods out there you just have to be willing to cook. Check out vegweb.com they have thousands of yummy recipes. And a decent forum as well.

This is a discussion which has never resulted in crucial evidence that one diet is better than the other, only pseudo scientific results, if you look at health and well-being. Your other arguments however speak for themselves. Respect!
