Hibernating juvies

Hi all!
I've a question...
I've always kept my adults of many species (all from temperate weather place of origin) so that they are stimulated in breeding when spring arrives...
Now, I'm keeping also some apuanus and marmoratus juveniles...I'm doubting if to keep them out or indoors...I know that they are not old enough to breed this spring, but someone told me that it can be useful to not to "stress" their gonads...

(I have to say that my baby alpestris were kept outside last year without problems but, of course, they id not grow much last winter)...

any advice would be very appreciated!
bye

Hi Leo,
I never hiberante my juvies in their first year (it's getting a little colder in the room they are in but I don't bring them to the basement where I hibernate my adults). I've never had any problems this way and most of them have bread in later years. The good thing is they eat and grow in this first winter.
