Help me and brenden feeding problem!!...

oh, and I live in an apartment. No Backyard! With a really messed up park, with no soil.

Hi Ammar, I don't want to sound like the voice of doom but don't you think that if you can't feed your pet then maybe you shouldn't have it? When you buy a pet you take on the responsibility of providing it with, at least, the very basics required to keep it alive. Many newts refuse frozen foods especially if they are used to live food or stressed from importation, the pet shop or maybe even the conditions you are keeping it. If you can find no way of either buying or collecting suitable live food for your newt then I suggest you either take it back to the pet shop or find someone who can care for it properly.

Yes, William I did do the changes its now 5% land and 95% water. Oh, and Mark if my newt does'ent eat in 3 days im taking him back to the shop. But you also said that if he was used to live foods, well the pet store fed it the same thing. So, ya, I thought that I could live it on frozen, dried products. But if he does'ent eat ill return it.

I deleted a couple of posts here that were not discussing newt care, but launching into personal attack, defenses, stray comments.

Ammar, I notice in your last post here that you are expressing yourself a bit more clearly. Thank you! Keep it up, and we will try to help.

Ammar, the reason Mark said the newt was used to live food is because the newt came from the wild. Before it got to the pet store (where it probably wasn't eating either), it lived in nature. In nature, newts only eat live food.
