My Axolotl swallowed a quite a large stone the other day. She seems fine, she swims around a lot, eats enough and she doesn't float. But when you look at her belly you can see quite clearly where the stone is, but I reckon if it keeps going, it might get stuck in her small intestine. I don't want her to die coz she means the world to me. Can anyone help me help her? Please?

as a juvenile, mine swallowed a large rock and it passed fine. With axos, I think it is generally a good idea to forego gravel in order to avoid this problem in the first place.
