Green Tree frog turning blue!

One of my green tree frogs- housed with 4 others- is changing color from bright green to a whitish blue. It looks like vitilago as he is still eating, a healthy weight, the skin is not sloughing off or blistered or pussy or anything. Has anyone witnessed this?

What was the result of this? My guess is it was about to shed…
