Which water did you test to get those ammonia readings? What levels were the nitrates?
As for changing from frozen bottles to fridge - that means you are causing very big fluctuations in the temperature & it is definitely not ideal! I suspect that the variations in temperature are quite substantial as I'm yet to see that you have been vigilant about improving their water quality.
Please try answering all the questions rather than just picking one & answering that - trying to help you is frustrating as you often ignore the majority of the posts & only follow directions that you want to hear.
