I forgot to mention , when cleaning remove from the power source (lol), once it is cleaned immerse in a bucket of old tank water to remove the air pockets, run the filter in the bucket for five minutes, when you clean a filter it dislodges gunk which can be squirted back into the tank messing it up. By initially running it in a bucket you reduce this problem.
