Personally, I want one of these (both are photos of the same animal). The second photo is a bit too blue-ish. This animal belongs to a member of the forum hasn't been around in about 9 months ;(.

I'm amazed! I've never seen one of those before!

That's the point - it's the first of its kind. I hope it's not the last.

Me too! thats got to be the nicest looking axolotl i've ever seen!Does anyone know where the animal was produced?

Ive not seen her around in months, have you tried emailing her to see how chance is? Oh and her self of course! :D

Nick,

I just took another look at your picture, im a bit worried that the gravel is very small and may be swallowed, i would recommened that you remove it before it causes any problems.

I "private messaged" her a few months ago but I don't think she replied.

Maybe she'd respond to the female touch?

I would message her, but i didnt really get to know her before she vanished... Try her again with your charms John.

Or anyone else out there?

Did this lady breed "chance" do you know or was it just a lucky find in a shop?

She bred him, and she crossed him back with his mother to try and produce more. That was the last time we heard from her.

The guy at the fish store told me they will spit it back out if they swallow it. I was told to get that gravel.

They wont always spit it out, trust me. Ive had my second newest axie for 3 months now, and she still passes the odd stone here and there from the tank she was kept in, in the shop.

If they eat too much of it, it will block there bowels and they can get very from this.

I emailed Sara this July to inquire about using Chance's photo in one of my speeches, but she didnt respond.

on a second note: nick, dont EVER believe what the pet shop tells you.
