Absolutely! And weekends too. That is the biggest problem really. And they would need to know how to clean the tank and test the water etc... One of my friends took one of our axies to his son's school after cycling a tank there. They needed to get OH&S approval for his arrival.

quick update they have started hatching over the weekend!

Good Afternoon!!
I got my first eggs back in Dec/Jan & have been raising them ever since. They hatched around 2/20 & I have been feeding them brine shrimp ever since. I've tried frozen bloodworms twice, but decided against it because they were too long, (I've just read about cutting them into smaller pieces). After everything I've read, I think my babies are actually growing quite slowly, even though I feed them at least twice a day. They're now around 8 weeks & don't even have their back legs yet. It'll be nice to watch other people's axys grow

mine seem to have grown so much even though they only hatched just over a a week ago! well some only hatched thurs
they are just too cute and all eating well. i have one that hatched who is tiny!! it looks like it should still be in an egg but its managing (only hatched thurs) so i am going to see how he/she goes
