I’m adding him back to his tank!!!! I checked ammonia and nitrite and both are zero. Nitrate is 40-80 I think closer to 40 it’s bright red. I’m letting him float in a bowl with a mix of his old and new water just to make sure everything is okay. I’m very nervous I hope it goes well!!

Hey, everything is going good so far and his levels are still zero. He has been swimming around and already found his favorite bowl. I just wanted to say thank you so so much for all your help!! You probably didn’t expect all this from my original post a month ago 😂 but you have been so incredibly helpful and taught me a ton about taking care of him
