The temperature of your tank will be the same as the temperature of your air. 75 is on the high end of what you would like your tank to be.

If you can get a small fan to blow over the top of the water, this would lower the temperature into the low 70's. You would have to replace the water between water changes though, so be prepared with lots of dechlorinated water in between changes.

Wouldn't the fan make too much current for the axos? When you say I would need to replace water more often, is that because the fan would evaporate it?

The fan only blows on the surface, and doesn't create any current. And you're spot on about the evaporation.
