Jacco, it is beautiful! Did you make this tank or have someone make it for you? Do you have some pictures of your axolotls?

I am really amazed at that tank. Can you explain the design to me? I have never seen something like that, I wish I could get one, it is just amazing! Great job!

Will def be getting one of those temperature probes, the alarm idea is fantastic.

Means you dont have to constantly check the temp because if its wrong it will sound!

i got a temperature probe thingy. its very helpfull it would be better if it informed me about when to feed, as i often forget when i last fed them. and it was fairly expensive at $50.00. how much was yours rob?. other than that its very handy.

do u know how to change the percentage of water changes on it?. like from 10% to 15% or 20%??

pretty sure u cant change water change amount just the interval, my last water change was 30%
$27.95 just shows u how much these shops make and it pays to shop around. i brought my light from one shop for $110 and two of the screws broke and he dicked me around so i ended up getting a refund, went to another shop and got the exact same light for $64 !!! damn rip offs over 90% difference in price, they shouldn't be able to get away with it.....

hmm, is the temperature reading on yours accurate? mines saying 24.4 degrees and its only about 19. also is water temp colder than air temp?.

mine is pretty accurate maybe .5c out, my room temp is 26c, my chiller says 18c my cheap digital
Thermometer says 18.2c and temp probe says 18.6c
are u sure ur other thermometer is accurate that u are getting ur 19c reading ?
