I had a nice Christmas. My 18 month old son got lots of presents from santa that he played with for about 10 minutes before returning to play with his old toys. I got a few books on martial arts and a nice coffee table one on paleontology, as well as a new wii game. Dawn, our census dropped so low that I actually got out of work altogether. This was a mixed blessing. I am going to miss the xmas pay but I did get to spend the day with the family.

I also got a pair of infrared night vision googles later that night. I can't wait to see what my salamanders are really up to when the lights are out!!!!
