Nice pictures..... And slightly off topic: how cold can Anubias take it? My salamander room gets down to 5-10C in the winter so for now I only use java fern varieties and different aquatic mosses.

Nice, Juraj. My fuzhongensis have been courting again. I've seen a spermatophore attached to the females cloaca, so I'm hopeful of eggs.

Erik: in my room it works well at 12°C so 10°C should be sufficient. Interesting that you keep java fern at 5 - 10 °C. I grow it only in fish tanks where is always almost 30°C . It went bad in my salamander room because of low temps.

Thanks for that info, I'll try it. I was just about to give up on Anubias for salamanders. I do have it in my fish tanks and it does well....just VERY slow growing.

Yeah now I am suprised I am able to keep Java ferns alive through winter. Seems like most people have no luck at the low temps. As I mentioned in another post, I get no growth at 5-10C, but the ferns live through it. I should also mention that my room rarely gets as low as 5C, most of the winter it is 10-12C.

Sorry for the off topic post.
