Illness/Sickness: Blistered around the bum and floating

Based on your photo and the info about the pleco, I would lean towards these being injuries and keep them under close observation. It sounds like they are improving so that's good news. I would continue with the tea baths to help soothe them.

You want to watch for changes like the affected areas developing a fluffy white growth. This is fungus and will need to be treated with salt baths. Don't do the salt baths unless you see this and you can always post more pics if you are not sure.

Fingers are crossed for you that they continue to improve without complications.
 
oh, ...thats the problem with plecos. Wounds caused by plecos or catfishes often become infected and help by a vet is necessary to give antibiotics.
Pleasy, try finding a vet.

edit: no, please stop the tea baths! Tea works astringent and if it´s a bacterial infection, the bacteria will be enclosed and at later times it would lead to a purulent inflammation.
You may keep him in a bath with catappa leaves or with potassium permanganate.
But you need veterinarian help

I cannot find a vet nobody is even slightly interested in taking a look, i think i may try salt bath because its got some fluffy white stuff on it
 
Just an update for everyone.. they seem alot better after the salt bath lastnight, the sores seem to be healing and looking less sore and the fluffyness is nearly gone

Hey people i know a few weeks have past since i updated but just letting you know the axies are all better, they've been clear the past monthishh not sure how long exactly, they are in the tank again and very happy :) were very grateful for the advise
