All Right?

for my cycling process i have been using my goldfish tank water and algae wafers. i was told that this would help the cycle and the fish tank to grow bacteria is this true? or am i just making a mess :)
i was told to not put my goldfish into the tank.

Your tank is looking pretty cool!
I dont think the rocks will be a problem (might be slightly difficult to judge just what size they are on a picture though), especially if you hand/tong feed your Axies you wont risk anything.
I do think you will find it difficult to maintain those plants though, as it does not look like you have any lighting on the tank..
Generally it is tricky to maintain a planted Axolotl tank as the conditions (dark and cold) which the Axies enjoy, are not so enjoyable for most plants. Of course there are exceptions and i have good success in my tanks with a number of plants.

But anyway, good to see you are doing thorough research before going out and buying your new pet
