Zoo Med terrarium moss, suitable for fire sals?

I'm wondering if this stuff is suitable for use with fire salamanders: I've read (on CC) that sphagnum is to be avoided but this... this stuff calls itself sphagnum, but we've got a box of it and if that's sphagnum then I'm the queen of sheeba.

Anyone have any thoughts or advice?

That type of moss is fine. I use it in most of my tanks.

We call that sheet moss here in the states.
