You light up my life!

It's been one of "those" days today and I've been feeling rather sorry for myself, in all honesty. One of those days where it feels like nothing goes right and there's always something to stress over! Then you come home, put your feet up and if you're lucky enough, you have a hoard of axolotls (and other such creatures) staring at you gleefully through their tanks. They want food, there's no doubt about that but they never fail to make me laugh. Some photos, although some quite old and of terrible quality, they never fail to make me smile..

And although he's quite obviously not an axolotl, my soft shell; Spike. He's given me hours of laughs - surely he deserves some recognition?!

I went into my room the other day to put laundry away ,, and ended up watching and talking to mine ... my little Alex came right up and gave me a big smile cause I was taking photos of Fifi

I know I'm not Neeka, but I think she's talking of a soft shell turtle. Btw Neeka, owner of the apparently funny Spike, I need pictures of that little fella!

Sorry I've only just seen these replies He is, indeed, a Chinese soft shell turtle, and like in the picture shown he is a smooth shell (or pancake!) there's so many names for them. I've had him a couple of months now. LITTLE FELLA?! He's nearly 13" long xD
