Woot Salamander is eating!...but is it enough? :/

I fed him 3 small crickets with some calcium powder the guy at petssmat told me to use, are crickets enough? It's a blue salamander, I'm a lil worried it isn't enough or am I paranoid helps me

Have you tried feeding him earthworms?

No I'm not sure where to find small enough worms? Everywhere I went I just found huge ones :/

he/she is only about 2-3inch long is that ready for worms?
