Illness/Sickness: Whiteworm rips open larvae

Has anyone heard of this? i have been feeding my larvae whiteworms for the last few days without a problem. today when i was feeding them a whiteworm seem to be stick out of the side of the axie. i was able to pull it out but now the little guy seems to be floating around. do you think he will be able to survive? what can i do?

So in short: it's normal, don't freak out, and often a search on a particular subject will show it's been discussed before.
