I noticed there are white worms in a few of the axolotl eggs I have. What is this and how do I kill them?

These white worms are most probably not harmful. Probably dirt worms.
Moreover, when watching carefully the photo, they're not really in the eggs, but only around the jelly, and the embryo seems healthy.
I wouldn't worry about them.

Do you have any idea what they are?

They most probably are detritus worms.
It's a sort of tiny annelid worm (like earthworms, blackworms or tubifex).
I cannot find an exact species name for them.
