White lumpy bumpy things on top of head

Ok, so maybe not very good at descriptions here.

I dont keep the light on in my axies tank so when i decided to put it on the other day just to have a brighter, lighter look at him, I noticed he had all these tiny white lumps on his head. Kinda resembling tiny warts.

Is it normal for them to have that on their heads or has he got something wrong with him?

Odd that you mention that because the other day, I noticed my one remaining leucistic baby had tinylittle bumps, like Braille on his head. I gave him a salt bath and put him in the fridge for a day or so. He seems to be fine, eating like a pig as normal.

It seems like my old white male (from a long long time ago) had the little bumpy head, I think it was quite normal for him.

Anne-Marie, did the lumps go away after that?

Will it freak my axie out if i put him in the fridge for the day?

No, they didn't go away. I don't think putting him in the fridge will make it go away, I think it's just normal maybe they're axolotl freckles.

oh ok, i thought it might be something like that.

Will breathe easy again then.
